You must have an existing UCFCU credit card to transfer a balance, request a limit increase, or request a secured card become unsecured.
Applying for a balance transfer with UCFCU is easy! Simply complete this balance transfer application and return to UCFCU for approval. Processing times may vary, so please allow up to four (4) weeks for balance transfers to be completed. The total of all your balances to be transferred may not exceed your credit limit minus $75.00. At the end of the one (1) year promotional period your APR will be raised to its rate of the current APR*. To eliminate late fees or other applicable charges, continue making payments on your balances until the balance transfers are complete. Any new charges made on your existing cards after the balance transfer has taken place will not be transferred and may require at least the minimum monthly payment. *APR means Annual Percentage Rate. This offer is only available to advances made to pay obligations incurred with another lender and will be charged a 3.99% APR until the last day of your first billing period after one year from the first advance. After that date, the 3.99% APR will expire and the APR for all outstanding balances will be the APR you are charged for purchases on such date. All payments will be applied to balances with the highest APRs first. Your APR for all other advances will remain the same. Cannot be combined with any other offer. New money only. Approval subject to credit qualifications and lending guidelines. UCFCU is not responsible for any charges owed to any creditor because a payment was not applied by a specific date. UCFCU reserves the right to decline any balance transfer request. Refer to our Credit Card Agreement for more information. **Balance Transfers are processed in accordance with your Credit Card Agreement and are subject to credit availability. If you request a balance transfer to be made, you should not rely on a balance transfer to be made by any particular date. Although most balance transfers will be made sooner, it could take up to four weeks before payment to your other account is made. Accordingly, you should continue to make all required payments on your other accounts until you confirm that the balance transfer has been made. Balance transfers may not exceed your available credit. If you transfer a balance that contains a dispute with a creditor, you may lose certain dispute rights. When you transfer a balance using this form, the amount transferred will be treated as a Retail Sale. Please refer to your Credit Card Agreement to determine your Retail Sale Annual Percentage Rate. In addition to periodic finance charges, balance transfers are subject to an additional fee which is equal to 3% of the balance transfer, but not less than $10 and a maximum of $200. A a condition to the issuance of a credit card pursuant to the foregoing MasterCard Application, you agree that you are granting to University & Community Federal Credit Union, Stillwater, Oklahoma, ("UCFCU") a security interest in all of your shareholdings, including all deposit accounts maintained by you with UCFCU. By signing this paragraph, you acknowledge that you intend to grant UCFCU a security interest in all of your deposit accounts and you agree that UCFCU may use the funds in any of your deposit accounts to pay unpaid balance on your MasterCard account or under the foregoing agreement if you should default or exceed your credit limit.

Terms of Electronic Delivery
Definitions. In this Agreement, the word “E-Statement” refers to your periodic Statement Of Account. The word “E-Disclosure,” refers to any other disclosures that we would normally provide to you in a written form that you retain. The words “you” and “your” refer to you, the member of University & Community Federal Credit Union. The words “we,” “us,” and “our,” mean University & Community Federal Credit Union. Consent to Receive Periodic Statements and Disclosures Electronically. By clicking the “Yes” button below, you agree to accept your E-Statements and E-Disclosures online. Your E-Statement includes transaction activity for all of your share accounts, which includes savings, checking, certificates, loans, etc. You further agree that we will discontinue mailing a paper statement to you and will communicate with you electronically, as necessary. You also agree to receive other disclosures online when we elect to make them available in electronic format. These include, but are not limited to, your periodic notice of billing error rights, your periodic notice of how to report errors that involve your electronic funds transfers, and year-end tax statements for dividends earned. Requesting a Paper Copy of Disclosures. You may request a paper copy of your periodic statement or any other record received electronically under this Agreement by writing to us at the address below or by contacting Member Services at (405) 743-3328. A fee of $3.00 will be charged for the paper copy. To avoid this fee, consider printing your E-Statement from your computer. Right to Withdraw Consent. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing at the address below or by contacting Member Services at (405) 743-3328. There are no fees for requesting to withdraw your consent for E-Statements and E-Disclosures. However, depending on the account you have with the Credit Union, you may be charged a monthly fee to receive a paper statement. Please cancel prior to the last day of the month to receive a paper statement for that month's financial business. System Requirements. The minimum requirements to view your account statements electronically are 64 MB of RAM, 300 MHz processor, Internet Explorer 6 or higher with 128 bit encryption, and a printer if you wish to print your E-Statement/Disclosures, or the ability to store (save) your E-Statement/Disclosures electronically to your computer. Change of Internet Service Provider, E-mail Address, or Computer Equipment. If you change your e-mail address, computer equipment or Internet Service Provider (ISP) used to access or receive electronic records, you agree to notify us of the new ISP and/or address, e-mail address and/or equipment you will be using. If we change the hardware or software to communicate electronically with you and our change materially affects your ability to access or receive communications electronically, we will notify you of the changes by e-mail and provide you with a statement of your right to withdraw consent.
