We do not foresee having to completely shut our drive-thru lanes down. If we are required to close our branches, we will do all we can to continue to serve our Members remotely. We are currently working on a plan that could include expanded call center or drive-thru services. We will also continue to offer our online and mobile services regardless of being able to have our lobbies/drive-thrus open. Our Management Team meets daily to evaluate the pandemic situation to try to ensure all Members needs are met.
